Garland Fuller is an extraordinary connector, trusted advisor and community builder. After spending more than two decades in people strategy and operations and the last years within the commercial real estate industry, Garland is on a mission to take her people strategy skills to the places that need it most.

She has created a digital community, Community Impact Collective, a collaborative community designed to unite Black & Brown changemakers and organizations committed to making a difference…together! Through shared knowledge and collective support, we empower each other to drive lasting impact and foster healthier, more resilient communities.

Garland has a Masters Degree in HR Development from FIU and an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley. She’s Vice President on the Executive Board of African American Real Estate Professionals Los Angeles Chapter and an Advisory Board member of We Love Leimert.
